The two high-quality burners in the Blodgett 7942 30" x 6" Steel Burner Set of 2 will guarantee that the heat is evenly distributed. These burners are made of steel, measure 30" by 6", and have an air shutter to help control the flame. The 3" plate guarantees uniform high temperature distribution, and the 9/16" orifice hole permits appropriate gas flow. Other features include easy installation and left and right positions. Because they maintain a constant high temperature for grilling and broiling, these burners are ideal for use in commercial kitchens.
