The Hatco R02.05.002.00 Holding Cabinet Cartridge Heater with Terminals 3/8 FPT x 1/2 MPT, 5 -5/8 inch is a replacement heating element in heated holding cabinets. It generates regulated thermal energy to keep food at serving temperatures by heating the internal air space of the cabinet. This cartridge heater is fitted when there is maintenance or repair of restaurants, cafeterias, and other foodservice operations that utilise holding equipment. Under the holding cabinet system, it works as a primary source of heat which maintain a steady temperature and performance in normal usage.
