The Custom Deli's CDI-257 Thermocouple Sensor Probe Top Section 144" is designed to detect temperature by generating a small voltage when two dissimilar metal at the probe tip experience a heat difference in commercial systems. It constantly send temperature data to control heating reaction and ensure operational stability when in operation. This probe is normally fitted in the upper part of a compatible food warming or cooking system where direct monitoring of heat is necessary. It design facilitates use with thermocouple-based control system and enable uniform communication between the sensing point and the temperature control interface during operation.
