The Garland 4515192 Center Door Seal Right closes the gap along the right side of the centre door on commercial cooking equipment. This substitute seal is designed for the right side of the centre door configuration. It is fitted along the door edge where it contacts the adjoining surface when the door is closed. The seal can retain heated air inside the cooking chamber while reducing air infiltration. It operates with the door assembly and latch mechanism during normal cooking cycles.
