Description

The Montague 28387-8 Burner Ceramic Kit is a part of broilers that helps maintain an even heat flow and heat control for uniform cooking. It consists of 10 large and 4 small insulators; (10) #28-1234 and (4) #28-2031, which are long-lasting. This kit is compatible with Montague broiler models C-36, C-45, SB3418, and SB3618 so it can be used with other equipment. nonconducting ceramic material of the insulators makes sure that the heat is uniformly distributed for better cooking and huge heat is not lost.
