The T&S Brass 002713-40 Cold Spindle Assembly With Handle is an internal flow-control element that is designed to control the flow of cold water in the systems. It is installed in the valve body and links the rotation of the handle to internal sealing surfaces and provides the ability to open and close water flow. Mineral deposition, wear or internal damage may either degrade responsiveness or leak. The spindle assembly will reinstate proper control, assist in a steady water flow, and assist in keeping the faucets in working condition in commercial water supply situations.
