Description

The Comstock Castle COM17017 Safety Valve is a J-type gas safety control that is utilized on commercial cooking equipment. This valve assembly is built with 3/8" NPT gas inlet and outlet valves, 3/16" NPT CCT pilot inlet and outlet valves and a gas carrier and magnet head to assure safe pilot operation and to prevent gas flow from continuing in the event of a loss of pilot flame. It is typically found in commercial ovens, ranges and other gas fired foodservice equipment in restaurants, institutional kitchens and catering operations in the appliance system.
