  • How do I install the TurboChef CON-3010 Controller?

    • Disconnect all power to the oven and allow it to cool to room temperature.
    • Remove the control panel or housing cover to expose the old controller board.
    • Label and disconnect all wiring harnesses from the existing controller; carefully remove the mounting screws.
    • Install the new board in the identical orientation and secure it with the original mounting screws.
    • Reconnect all wiring harnesses exactly as they were, ensuring seating and locking of connectors.
    • Replace the panel cover, restore power, and run a full diagnostic cycle to verify that the oven control operates correctly and no errors appear.
