Blodgett R11087 3 Pole Contactor 240V 40A is an indispensable electrical component used in commercial ovens. This high power switch that enables us to turn the electricity off and on to the heating elements in the oven is a contactor. On actuation it closes the electrical circuit and starts the flow of current to the heating elements thereby beginning the heating phenomenon. The 3 pole configuration provides independent control of multiple heating zones in the oven. This contactor is rated for 240 volts and 40 amps, and is designed for high power applications.
