The Vollrath 17012-1 Control Knob Black 3/4" DIA is a manual control interface component that is applied in foodservice equipment to control the temperature, speed or other parameters. The 3/4-inch diameter and shape of the knob is a haptic interface to allow operators to make accurate adjustments to ranges, griddles, mixers or other such parts. It is attached to the control shafts of compatible units and converts user input into mechanical or electronic response in the system of the appliance. This assists in normal operation and equipment calibration, which assists in ensuring the same cooking or processing conditions.
