Description

The Convotherm 6056953 Main Gas Valve is a gas flow control part that is used in compatible 6.10 and 6.20 series commercial ovens. It operates by controlling the amount of gas that is fed to the burner system when the equipment is in operation. The internal mechanism opens to permit the passage of gas through the 1/2-inch connection to the burner assembly. The valve is closed when the signal is stopped and the flow of gas is interrupted. The valve can be powered by 110/120 volts. It is mounted in the gas control compartment of the oven where it is connected to the gas supply line and burner system.
