The Groen CROWN-116-4804 Safety Valve natural gas works by controlling the amount of gas that gets to the fryer, making sure that the correct amount of pressure is maintained when it is in operation. It is activated automatically to avoid over-pressurization and the fryer can operate within the offered gas parameters. The valve is easy to integrate with and is designed with 1/2" FPT connections and side outlets, which allow it to be installed on commercial fryers. This component is designed to connect directly with the gas intake system of the fryer making the connection process much easier and providing a uniform flow of gas.
