The Blodgett 23107 3 PC Center Deflector Assembly is an Essential tool in the management of air and heat in commercial ovens. This assembly measures 20” wide by 33-7/8” long and consists of two side ends Blod #2310Z with 1.712” thickness and a center panel Blod #5593, reference #26-3142 with 1.478” thickness. These components combined they help to control and direct the conduct of high temprature in the oven chamber. The ease of installation making Blodgett commercial ovens more functional and lasting.
