The Keating 060105 Dial Plate is a temperature controller part that is used to control electric griddles. It is 3 inches in diameter and has a distinct 200°F-500°F temperature range, which allows them to select the right amount of heat. The dial plate is fixed behind the control knob and it gives a visual indication of the thermostat setting and the actual temperature range. It assist to achieve the same cooking results because the operators can monitor and regulate the amount of heat. It is advisable to change in case of markings that are lost, damaged, or are no longer in the right position relative to the control shaft.
