The Garland 4516733 Dial with Pointer is a control dial that has been machined to fit commercial cooking gear. It has a black face and a white indicator pointer a total diameter of 1 3/4 inches, and a center mounting hole of 1/4 inch fastened by a set screw. Graphics and physical interfaces are used to change and control appliance settings, such as temperature or control position. The dial is attached to a shaft or control post a set screw secures it, and the pointer shows what the user has set it to with respect to the scale or markers on the equipment.
