The Groen Z002868 Thermostat Knob is used to control the temperature settings of compatible commercial equipment. Its diameter is 2-1/4 inches with clear white printed markings of "Off" to 10-1 to be able to select the right setting. The knob can also be used by hand in the running of the machine to control the temperature output by rotating the connected control shaft. It is mounted on the control panel and directly communicates with the thermostat, converting the input of the user into temperature settings.
