The Frymaster 8160139 Thermostat Knob is a temperature control dial that is designed to be installed in commercial fryers. It has a 2-1/4" diameter and an OFF-375°F-230°F scale that allows the frying operations to be accurately adjusted in terms of temperature. The knob is mounted on a 0.187" flat-down mount which provides a firm fit and is easy to control. It is usually applied in the case of routine operation and replacement work to re-establish correct temperature control on units.
