Description

The Southbend 1182156 Griddle Thermostat Knob is an accurate interface that allows the control of the heat settings of units. Having a 2-1/4 inch diameter and a temperature range that is marked between 200 and 400 F it enables the user to control the cooking conditions. The knob is firmly attached to the griddle control shaft, which is an essential component of the system to control the surface temperature. In commercial kitchens, it allows maintaining a uniform heat distribution on the cooking surface, which allows it to work steadily and minimizes the possibility of damage to the equipment in case of changes in temperature.
