The Star Mfg 2R-40498 Thermostat Dial is a control knob that is used in commercial food warmers. It has a 2-3/8 inch diameter and is compatible with the thermostat shafts and has a straightforward interface to adjust holding temperatures. It is mounted on the front control panel of the warming equipment to be able to control the amount of heat in the equipment during service. It is also used in applications to ensure the constant food temperatures during holding periods. The dial is linked to the operator input and the internal thermostat, which maintains a constant temperature when using the kitchen continuously.
