The American Range A32005 Dial is a control knob with the letters OFF and a temperature range of 200 to 500 F, intended to be used on commercial convection ovens. It is connected to the thermostat or the control shaft and it is a manual interface where cooks can choose when preparing food. The dial enables the operator to establish the exact cooking conditions to obtain the same results in both baking and roasting processes. It is connected with the temperature control system of the oven sending the settings to the thermostat to assist in keeping the desired amount of heat at the desired level during normal operation.
