The Duke TA-24 Food Warmer Thermostat Knob is a temperature adjustment interface for systems. It has a two-inch diameter with an indicated range of off to 300 to 100 that enables the user to adjust the amount of heat in the holding mode. The knob is mounted to the control shaft and passes the input to the thermostat mechanism. It has a vital part to play in ensuring that holding conditions and predictable heat response are maintained. This knob is also common in commercial warming systems and helps to maintain a consistent temperature and predictable behaviour of the system in normal conditions.
