The Moffat M240119 Digital Controller Kit is a substitute control assembly in E30D Series convection ovens. It works by controlling temperature levels, time controls and working mode via a digital interface which is linked to the electrical system of the oven. This controller will be fitted on the front control panel where operators will communicate with the unit in the day to day operations. It is the main control center within the appliance and it controls heating parts, airflow and the programmed cooking features.
