Description

The Cleveland 104101 Inner Door Assembly is a part of the inner panel of a cooking equipment door that operates by establishing a closed wall between the heated area and the outer door panel. The assembly is attached to hinges, insulation layers and fastening points such that the door structure closes against the gasket and keeps the interior heat and the outer frame apart when in use. It is mounted on the inside of the appliance door in the cooking cavity, which fits the door frame and mounting hardware. The component also contains the shaped inner panel and fixing points.
