The Blodgett 90010 Gas Convection Oven Door Gasket Set is a replacement sealing component, that is intended to go around the perimeter. It forms an adequate seal between the door and frame of the oven to reduce the amount of heat lost and ensure that the internal temperature remains constant throughout the cooking cycle. It is used with the door latch and the walls of the oven to aid in effective heat retentions.
