Description

The DOYON ELM731 Proofer Blower Motor is an electrical drive element that is used to circulate air in commercial cabinets. It has specified voltage, amperage and RPM ratings that can be used in E236 and E336 proofer models and mounting and shaft layouts that can be used with the blower assembly. This motor is placed on the inside of the proofer housing and it is attached to the fan. It works by creating air movement to uniformly spread heat, and humidity in the proofing space.
