The DOYON ELT610A Proofer Thermostat adjusts the temperature of proofer units by adjusting the heating elements to keep the temperature locked between 180 o F and 250 o F. It works by a temperature-sensitive system that switches power on or off to maintain the internal Conditions at a constant level to proof dough. The thermostat is designed to be installed in commercial proofer cabinets, where it is usually mounted inside the unit, where it can measure and control the heat, so that the proofer keeps the predetermined range of temperatures during its operation.
