Description

The DOYON GAD210D Detection Electrode Gas Flame Rod detect the existence of a flame by detecting the electrical conductivity that is produced during combustion. When it is exposed to the flame, it produce small current which the control system uses to ensure ignition and keep the gas flowing. This element is usually fitted into the burner system of gas-powered cooking appliances and is placed in the flame stream to be detected properly. It has a metal rod with an insulated housing that can withstand high temperatures and constant exposure to combustion conditions in commercial kitchen operations.
