Description

The Duke 222790 Contactor 3-Pole 240V 50/60Hz is an electromechanical switching system used in commercial foodservice equipment. Installed within the electrical control compartment, the contactor uses an energized coil to actuate three power contacts simultaneously allowing current to flow to connected heating elements, motors or other high-load components. When the control signal is removed contacts return to their normal state and interrupt power to the load. The contactor interfaces with thermostats control boards, and safety circuits to regulate equipment operation and manage electrical load switching.
