Description

The Duke RUF-FAN-ASY120 Replacement Evaporator Motor & Blade combines a motor-driven blade assembly in commercial cooking systems. Designed to circulate air over the evaporator coil to ensure airflow throughout the cooling section assisting in airflow distribution across the evaporator surface during operation. The blade is driven by a 120V motor which spins the blade to circulate air evenly over the evaporator area and assist facilitate temperature exchange between the coil and the air in the cooling chamber. Placement is in the evaporator assembly enclosure of refrigeration units, close to the coil and airflow channel to integrate with the cooling compartment.
