Description

The FWE EL1500-120H Warmer Element is a 115 volt heating element for use with equipment and has a capacity of 1500 watts compatible equipment. It is designed to create heat to maintain safe food temperatures for long periods when serving. A series of nuts and washers are included in the unit to facilitate secure mounting of the unit on the heating assembly. It is within the warmer cabinet and cooperates with the control system to control the warmth output. A failed element can cause the temperature to vary, reduce the heating operation, and make regular operation in a commercial kitchens.
