Description

The Garland 4525537 Electrode Ignitor is used to create the spark required to light the gas burner within a commercial clamshell grill. When the ignition system activates, the electrode receives the ignition pulse and produces an electrical spark across the ignition gap, initiating combustion at the burner. The electrode is installed near the burner assembly and connects through the ignition cable to the grill’s ignition module. It works with the burner, gas valve, ignition cable, and flame-sensing components to establish the burner flame during the ignition sequence and support normal grill heating operation.
