The Imperial 36016 Thermocouple Extension End 48 is thermocouple extension cable that has been designed to transport the temperature signals between the sensing element in the oven and its control unit. It gives the oven a 48 inch space on which the heat readings can be accurately transferred and the control system of the oven can effectively control the cooking temperatures. The extension is applied in commercial and industrial ovens where the distance between the sensing point and the control board is longer than usual. In the temperature control system in the oven, it provides the thermocouple and the controller with accurate communication in the normal operation.
