The Middleby Marshall 27470-0004 Oven Fan Guard is a safety component applied in a commercial conveyor oven to cover the rotating fan assembly. It works by protecting the fan blades but permitting free movement of air through the oven chamber to heat it. This is a guard that is used to cover the fan positioned inside the internal cavity of the oven. In the system, it assists in keeping the system in a secure operating condition by guarding against moving parts.
