The Duke 153144 Fan Switch SPDT On-On is used to control the fan inside a convection oven. It has two positions with the power may be directed to one of two circuits, and the user may choose to use various speeds or modes of the fan. This regulates the flow of hot air in the oven, resulting in uniform cooking and even distribution of heat. The switch is usually fitted within the control panel of the oven and can be controlled manually by rotating a knob or lever, and this is simply adjusted to control the operation of the fan.
