Description

The Imperial 1007 Char Broiler Burner Air Shutter Mixer is to control air flow that enters the burner assembly. It is placed to combine air with fuel, ensuring uniform flame properties. The component ensures that there is the right distribution of the component throughout the burner ports, which enhances even heat generation and decreases the localized hot spots. It helps to maintain the air-to-fuel ratio constant, which helps to achieve predictable performance and avoid instability of the flames. Its operation contributes to proper temperature regulation and stable heat production.
