Pitco PP10613 Fryer Filter Envelopes are envelope style and size 18-1/2 x 20-1/2 inches. One pack consists of 100 envelopes that filter solid particles and other impurities in frying oil and result in enhanced food quality. They operate by allowing the passage of oil and trapping matter as small as 0.5 microns which increases the durability of the oil and richness of the fried meals.
