The Henny Penny 67589 Filter Pump & Motor Assembly is a high performance part that is used to preserve the efficiency of the fryer as well as the quality of the oil used. It runs at 110-115V or 220-230V with a 1/2 HP motor, providing 1725/1425 RPM for optimum performance. It comes with ½” FPT inlet and outlet for easy connection with models 500, 561, 600, OE/OG-301, 302, and 303. This assembly improves oil filtering, increases oil durability and decreases the time required for maintenance hence providing cleaner and more consistent frying.
