The Stero C101005 Float Switch Assembly is a liquid level sensing element in compatible commercial warewashers and sinks to indicate the change in water level and communicate this to the control system. The float is installed in the wash or rinse reservoir and rises with the water and closes or opens the switch to control the fill and drain cycles. This assembly is used in the water management system of the machine to assist in the correct operation of the machine and avoid overflows or dry-run situations. It is widely applied in restaurants, cafeterias and institutional kitchens for cleaning.
