Frymaster FM140179 Gas Fryer Tube Screen 13-1/2" X 13-1/2"

The Frymaster FM140179 Tube Screen measuring 13-1/2 inch by 13-1/2 inch is a replacement component used in commercial gas fryers. It is installed within the fryer tube assembly to support regulating oil flow and prevent food particles and debris from entering the heating tubes. In restaurant and food service kitchens, it supports consistent heat transfer and maintains fryer performance during high-volume cooking. By acting as a protective screen, it reduces buildup inside the system and assists in maintaining proper circulation within the fryer's internal heating structure in demanding kitchen and continuous operation settings.
