Description

The Frymaster FM2607 Fry Basket is used to contain foodstuff when cooking in hot oil by immersion. It achieves this by holding the product and letting the oil pass freely through the mesh and which assists in maintaining a uniform heat contact throughout the cooking pattern. The basket is placed in the cooking tank and transferred with the help of the formed support structure of its lowering and lifting. It is directly involved in the food location, the oil circulation, and the controlled removal and drainage when performing usual commercial frying processes.
