The Frymaster FM8030170 Filter Paper Pack 100 is a pack of disposable filter paper that is used with commercial deep fryers The particles of food, carbon residue, and oil contaminants are trapped in each sheet, and the filtering process keeps the oil quality and prolongs the intervals between oil changes.
