Description

The Frymaster FM806-3706 Fryer Computer Assembly is control part, which is designed to control the cooking temperatures and times in compatible commercial appliance. It reads temperature sensor signals and internal sensor signals to automatically manage the amount of heat emitted. Based on the fryer control panel, it is installed, and the operators are able to set and monitor the cooking parameters during the regular use.
