The Frymaster FM806-4145 Drain Valve with Handle is a 1-1/4" FPT spare component designed to control the flow of cooking oil from the commercial fryer. Placed within the equipment drain system it allows operators to properly direct used oil from the fry pot to a filtration unit or disposal container. The integrated handle enables manual opening and closing of the valve assisting in regulating oil movement and supporting the routine cleaning and servicing.
