Description

The Frymaster FM806-6336 Interface Board is an electronic controller board in commercial systems. It operates as an intermediate between the main control part of the fryer and the internal elements of the fryer it allows, during the cooking cycles, that the heating elements, the sensors and the relays and the safety circuits work together. It is mounted in the control compartment of the appliance, and used in the compatible models 18UE, 24G and 2836 series. It can help ensure fryer consistency by keeping the fryer consistent in commercial kitchens such as restaurants and cafeterias or institutional food service operations.
