Description

The Frymaster FM8101569 Fryer Drain Valve With LOCK 1.25" controls the release of cooking oil by opening and closing the drain path between the pots in commercial kitchens. Its locking mechanism keep the valve secured in the selected position during draining and operational procedures. This component is used at the fryer drain outlet section where it regulates the movement of oil from the frypot. The valve is designed to support controlled draining during oil change cleaning routines and filtration processes.
