The Frymaster FM8160139 Thermostat Knob is a temperature control dial that is applied to commercial cooking equipment to control and regulate the amount of heat. It has a 2-1/4" diameter with a range between OFF-375°F-230°F and this enables operators to choose correct cooking temperatures in their use. The knob is installed using a 0.187" flat-down fitting to allow the knob to be firmly attached to the thermostat shaft. It is often changed during maintenance or repairs and assists in ensuring stable temperature control and aiding in maintaining a steady heat level in the commercial kitchen setting.
