Description

The Frymaster 2307711 Gas Fryer Baffle Dean SM/D60 is a combustion and heat management component designed for compatible SM and D60 gas fryers. Installed within the burner or heat transfer area, the baffle directs hot combustion gases through the designated path beneath or around the fryer vessel. This controlled gas movement allows heat from the burner to transfer to the cooking oil while guiding exhaust toward the flue area. The baffle works with the burner, fryer vessel, heat transfer surfaces, and flue assembly to manage the movement of combustion gases during operation. It forms part of the fryer's heating and combustion system.
