Description

The Frymaster 8232150 Flue Cap is a ventilation component used in compatible MJCF and FMCF series in commercial fryer. Installed at the top of the flue assembly the flue cap directs and manages the flow of combustion gas and heated exhaust air as they exit the fryer. Its design maintains the intended exhaust path through the flue system while shielding surrounding cabinet components from direct exposure to rising heat. The component works with the burner combustion chamber cabinet structure and exhaust passage to support proper airflow heat dissipation, and operation of the fryers combustion system.
