Frymaster 8238495 Pasta Cooker Drain Plate W/Assembly GPC

The Frymaster 8238495 Pasta Cooker Drain Plate with Assembly is a drain plate for compatible commercial kitchen equipment. It can be placed into the drainage system which will send the water from the cook tank into the drain during emptying. The assembly operates with the drain valve and associated plumbing to facilitate a controlled flow during flushing and maintenance operations, as well as proper drainage. It helps to keep the drainage path secure and properly aligned to keep the machine in normal operation. This part is frequently replaced when it's leaks and interferes with the effectiveness of drainage.
