Description

The Frymaster 8262928 Temperature Probe Kit RE80 detects the temperature of fryer oil by a thermistor element which varies in resistance with temperature. The signal is sent to the control board where it is read to control heating cycles and to keep set temperature ranges. The constant input enables the control system to modify the operation of the burner or element according to the real-time measurement. The probe is placed in the fryer vat close to the heating unit to check the conditions of oil in the frying area which will assist in maintaining the same temperature level throughout the frying operation cycle.
